Tal como se había adelantado, la Sunat emitió hoy una resolución donde oficializa la obligación para que las empresas y personas cambien los talonarios de sus facturas y recibos por honorarios, con el fin de incorporar una tercera copia que será negociable, en el marco de la nueva ley del factoring.
